transcode of Burger Time arcade version for 68000/020 amiga machines

Highscores & best times are saved (unless cheat is on)
Controls:
- joystick left/right/up/down: move character
- joystick fire: pepper
To start a game (when game not running):
- insert coin: fire/5
- start game (1 player): up/1
- start game (2 players): down/2
Cheat keys:
- F1: complete level
- F3: add 10000 points
- F4: toggle invincibility
ADF now provided. Some flashing can be seen on some machines. WHDLoad version runs perfect.

Great work! This is my dream come true!
(Although the Intellivision version is the one me and my mom played the most during early 80s)
BTW, would you be able to adjust the controls to be more forgiving while going up/down ladders and pushing left/right simultaneous as you did with Donkey Kong?
